Starting from May 2026, the property will undergo a complete restyling under the new management of the Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences group. Borgo Cala Moresca has 225 rooms divided into Classic, Superior sea view, Junior Suite or Communicating Rooms.

Decorated in a Mediterranean style and totally surrounded by nature, they can accommodate up to five people.

Bellavista Natural Park

The peninsula of Bellavista is an island in the island, a paradise corner still intact in its rugged beauty. In this microcosm, the Bellavista Natural Park has its place, in a 40 hectares area of typical Sardinian flora and fauna.

The Park is open to guests who have at their disposal many paths to admire the animals in complete freedom and to enjoy spectacular views over the typical red rocks of Arbatax, the plain of Ogliastra, and the Marine Park of Monte Santo. Every day, our Rangers guide visitors to discover the naturalistic and faunal beauties of the Park.

Bellavista Wellness Centre & SPA

Bellavista Wellness Centre & SPA was founded in 2010 by the reconversion of the prestigious equestrian center, which in the past hosted up to 60 horses of all breeds.
Nowadays, on the terrace of the SPA, which overlooks the large outdoor pool of the Wellness Centre, you can admire the artistic work of a horse’s head that remembers the origins of this place.

The Centre offers wellness circuits (Turkish baths, saunas, emotional showers, whirlpools, waterfalls and salt or fresh water pools) and even massages and beauty treatments; everything facing on a very striking swimming pool with water circuits and games.

The entrance (allowed to adults and guys from 16 years old) to the Wellness Centre and massages and beauty treatments are upon a charge for all the guests of the Resort.
